1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all cities within Egypt and selected international destinations. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact us.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Local Orders (within Egypt): 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and total order weight.
  • Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use the provided link to track your shipment.

6. Customs & Import Duties (for international orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
  • These fees are not included in the order total at checkout.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or customs.
  • EMZ Maison is not liable for delays beyond our control.
