1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all cities within Egypt and selected international destinations. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact us.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Local Orders (within Egypt): 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and total order weight.
Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the provided link to track your shipment.

6. Customs & Import Duties (for international orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
These fees are not included in the order total at checkout.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or customs.
